General Questions About the Office and Appointments

We are located in the Blackburn Industrial Park in Gloucester at 1 Blackburn Drive. Our office is located on the first floor on the right side of the main lobby.

Yes, The CATA bus offers the business express, which comes to the Blackburn Industrial Park. You will need to call 978-283-7916 to schedule a ride.

 

If you must cancel your appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule at a more convenient time. We ask you to give us 24-hour advance notice, providing an opportunity for another patient to been seen. Effective January 1, 2023, there will be a $50 convenience fee for any patient who does not show up for their appointment without informing the office.

 

Our office is open for appointments and regular business Monday through Friday from 9:00 am -4:30 pm

Your old records are useful to have for patients with complicated health histories, but for the most part, old records are not necessary for the first visit.

 

Please bring the following to your appointment

  • Photo ID
  • Current insurance card(s)
  • Co-payment(s), if required
  • Tests results/films that we have requested
  • Medical Records if you are a new patient to the practice.
  • If you have Medicare, please bring your pharmacy insurance drug card.

 

We strive to get everyone in as quickly as possible, and usually we can get you an appointment within the same day for an acute visit and generally two weeks for a physical.

 

Questions about Test Results and Medication

You can request by calling our office (978-282-3698). Requests may take up to 24 hours to process. We ask that you be responsible for anticipating the need for refills.

Generally, you should have a yearly physical to help you stay on top of your healthcare and wellness.

 

Typically, labs are ordered one week before your visit and will be discussed during your visit. If you have an acute issue, you can call the office and request your lab results at 978-282-3698. You can also often find your lab results on your patient portal.

 

Dr. Isaac is affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Health.

 

We treat patients starting at 18 years old and up.

 

PA stands for Physician Assistant. A PA has several years of postgraduate training in clinical medicine after a college degree. Our PAs are board-certified and take continuing medical education courses yearly, just like our physicians.

 

If you are experiencing what you believe is a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the closest hospital’s Emergency Department. For urgent questions or concerns that are not emergencies, Dr. Isaac is available by phone.
